As you search the internet for a net branch mortgage company offering a branch opportunity you will find a great number of companies - we all offer the the same basics.

Either a flat monthly fee or a per closed loan fee.  Many companies will advertise that they have 100% compensation plan. When you read the fine print you will discover that there is no such thing as 100%. The fine print on all of the ads say minus fees of some type.
